摘要
目的:调查小白芨内生真菌的多样性及产酶情况,为植物内生真菌的研究及开发提供科学依据。方法:用三点种植法进行内生真菌分离纯化,用形态鉴定和ITS序列分子鉴定方法对菌株进行鉴定,用透明圈法观察菌株产活性物质情况。结果:通过分离,获得2株内生真菌,具有较好的产酶特性,经分子鉴定分别是青霉属雷斯青霉(Penicillium raistrickii)M15和青霉属波兰青霉(Penicillium polonicum)PDAX2。结论:小白芨中含有丰富的内生真菌,对其生长发育和适应性生存具有重要意义,具有一定的开发利用前景。
Objective: Investigate the diversity and production of bioactive substances. Method: Bletilla striata produced in Xuanwei, Yunnan Province was used as experimental materials, endophytic fungi were purified by three-point planting methods, the strains were identified by morphological identification and its sequence molecular identification, the production of active substances was observed by bacteriostatic circle. Results: Two strains of molds with high enzyme production were obtained: M15 is Penicillium raistrickii, which can produce protease, lipase and ectinase;PDAX2 is Penicillium polonicum, which can produce amylase, protease and pectinase. Conclusion: There are abundant endophytic fungi in Bletilla striata, which is of great significance to the growth, development and adaptive survival of Bletilla striata, and has a certain development and utilization prospect.
