摘要
本文构建了pcDNA3.1(+)-TFEB-HA重组质粒,并转染了HeLa细胞进行表达。经Western Blot检测,转染pcDNA3.1(+)-TFEB-HA重组质粒的HeLa细胞成功表达了TFEB蛋白,为研究TFEB对细胞生长的影响提供了有利工具。
The recombinant plasmid pcDNA3.1(+)-TFEB-HA was constructed and transfected into HeLa cells.Western Blot analysis showed that TFEB protein was successfully expressed in HeLa cells transfected with pcDNA3.1(+)-TFeB-HA recombinant plasmid. This provides a useful tool for investigating the effects of TFEB on cell growth.
