1,4二羟基蒽醌废水邻苯二甲酸回收利用研究

摘要 根据1,4-二羟基蒽醌废水的组成和特点,设计了6 000 t/a废水的邻苯二甲酸精馏回收工艺。应用Aspen软件进行了工艺参数计算,模拟可知,理论塔板数为14块,回流比为0.8,第12块塔板进料,邻苯二甲酸的回收率最高为97.3%,为实现1,4-二羟基蒽醌废水的资源化利用提供了技术参考。 According to the composition and characteristics of 1,4-dihydroxyquinone wastewater, a phthalic acid distillation recovery process of 6 000 t/a wastewater was designed. The process parameters are calculated by Aspen software. According to the simulation, the number of theoretical trays is 14, the reflux ratio is 0.8, the 12th tray is the feed position, and the recovery of phthalic acid is 97.3%, which provides a technical reference for realizing the resource utilization of 1,4-dihydroxyquinone wastewater.
