蛹虫草滴丸的制备及质量评价

摘要 目的:为了提高蛹虫草的应用价值,本研究拟将蛹虫草提取物制作成滴丸并对其进行质量评价。方法:首先采用滴制法将蛹虫草提取物制成滴丸,随后分别采用硫酸-蒽酮法和高效液相色谱法(High Performance Liquid Chromatography,HPLC)法检测滴丸中虫草多糖和腺苷的浓度,最后根据滴丸的外观、丸重量差异、有效成分溶出度等指标对滴丸进行质量评价。结果:蛹虫草滴丸的制备工艺为蛹虫草浸膏与PEG6000质量比1∶2.5,料液温度80℃,冷凝温度5℃,冷凝液为液体石蜡,滴距6 cm,滴速40滴/min;制得的滴丸圆整度好、大小与色泽均匀、无拖尾和气泡、无黏连、无裂纹,滴丸重量差异小、有效成分在15 min内全部溶散。结论:本研究选择的滴丸制备工艺操作简单、条件可控,制备的滴丸质量好、满足药典标准,具有一定的应用前景,可为蛹虫草滴丸的深入研究和开发利用提供实践和理论基础。 Objective: To improve the application value of Cordyceps militaris, this study intends to make cordyceps militaris extract into dropping pills and evaluate its quality. Method: Firstly, cordyceps militaris extract was prepared into dropping pills by dropping method. Then, the concentrations of cordyceps polysaccharide and adenosine in dropping pills were detected by sulfuric acid-anthrone method and high performance liquid chromatography method respectively.Finally, the quality of dropping pills was evaluated according to the appearance, weight difference of pills, dissolution rate of active components and other indicators.Result: The preparation process of cordyceps militaris dropping pills was as follows: the mass ratio of Cordyceps militaris extract to PEG6000 was 1∶2.5, the feed liquid temperature was 80 ℃,the condensation temperature was 5 ℃, the condensate was liquid paraffin, the drop distance was 6 cm, and the drop rate was 40 drops/min. The pellets have good roundness, uniform size and color, no trailing and bubbles, no adhesion and no crack.The weight difference of dropping pills was small, and the active components dissolved in 15min. Conclusion: The preparation process of dropping pills selected in this study is simple and controllable. The prepared pills are of good quality and meet the standards of pharmacopoeia, and have a certain application prospect, which can provide a practical and theoretical basis for the in-depth research and development of Cordyceps militaris dropping pills.
