Research and Practice on Teaching Reform of Bioinformatics Course in Forestry University

为适应我国现阶段创新驱动发展、促进高校教育建设的需求,以提高人才培养能力为核心,以生物信息学课堂教学改革为重点,通过将科研案例和科研成果融入教学内容构建在线开放的课程教学体系;采用多种教学模式相融合的、以学生为中心的自主学习授课方式;建立偏重实际解决问题能力的综合评定考核体系等方面的措施进行了生物信息学课程教学改革研究与实践,克服了目前生物信息学教学存在的普遍性问题,取得了良好的教学效果。

In order to adapt to the needs of innovation-driven development and promote the construction of higher education in China at the present stage, this project focuses on improving the ability of talent cultivation, emphasizing on the classroom teaching revolution of bioinformatics, and integrating scientific research cases and achievements into the teaching contents, building an online course teaching system;adopting a combination of various teaching modes,student-centered autonomous learning teaching method and establishing a comprehensive assessment system that emphasizes practical problem-solving ability. The teaching reform of bioinformatics overcomes the common problems in bioinformatics teaching and achieves good teaching effects.
