摘要 Toll样受体(Toll Like Receptor,TLR)作为模式识别受体,对机体的免疫防御和稳态维持至关重要。为了保证TLR通路介导的免疫反应适时适度地进行,机体存在对TLR通路的精细的正负调控机制。磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶(Phosphatidylinositol 3-Kinase,PI3K)-蛋白激酶B(Akt)信号通路在细胞的增殖、分化、迁移和代谢等众多生理过程中都发挥重要调控作用,也参与了TLR通路的负调控。TLR通路和PI3K-Akt通路之间存在复杂的交互调控,但细节部分一直未被充分阐明。本文对这一领域的相关文献进行综述,以期增进对TLR通路调控机制的理解。 Toll-like receptor(TLR), as a pattern recognition receptor, plays an important role in immune defense and homeostasis. In order to keep the immune responses timely and properly, TLR signaling pathway is precisely regulated. Phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3K)-protein kinase B(Akt) signaling pathway plays an important regulatory role in various physiological processes, such as cell proliferation, differentiation, migration and metabolism, and also participates in the negative regulation of TLR pathway. There is a complex interaction between TLR pathway and PI3KAkt pathway, but the details have not been fully elucidated. In this review, the relevant literature in this field was summarized, in order to improve the understanding of TLR pathway regulation mechanisms.
