促进幼儿深度学习的教师支持策略研究--以角色游戏为例

A Study on Teacher Support Strategies to Promote Children’s Deep Learning:Taking Role Game as an Example

深度学习是一种运用高阶思维对知识进行理解、批判、整合、创新的深层次学习,能培养幼儿良好学习品质。幼儿深度学习具有注意与联想、活动与体验、建构与转化、迁移与应用、评价与反思的特征,角色游戏中幼儿深度学习的具体表现与之相对应。关注原有兴趣与经验、设计探究材料与环境、提供适宜支架与任务、创设真实问题与情境、引领积极评价与反思5个角色游戏中深度学习的教师支持策略,将有效提升幼儿的深度学习质量。

Deep learning is learning in a deeper level through advanced ways of thinking to understand,criticize,integrate and innovate knowledge,which can foster quality learning in children.Children’s deep learning has five characteristics:attention and association,activity and experience,construction and transformation,transfer and application,evaluation and reflection.Children’s deep learning performance in Role Games corresponds to these five characteristics.This study proposes five teacher support strategies to promote children deep learning in Role Games,including paying attention to the intrinsic interest and experience,designing materials and environment for exploration,providing appropriate scaffolding and tasks,creating real problems and situations,guiding positive evaluation and reflection.
