洞庭湖淤泥烧结轻质骨料制备驳岸砌块设计与配合比优化研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了解决洞庭湖淤泥处置与堤岸稳定性等难题,提出了一种利用洞庭湖淤泥烧制轻质骨料制备驳岸砌块的新思路。为此,首先分析了淤泥的物理化学性能与可烧结性能,并获得了淤泥制备轻质骨料的最佳烧结条件;其次,基于堤岸驳岸砌块设计规范,并结合洞庭湖区堤岸特点,设计了驳岸砌块的厚度、重度以及结构;最后,通过正交试验得到驳岸砌块的最优配合比。研究结果表明:洞庭湖淤泥具有制备优良轻质骨料的可行性,淤泥烧结轻质骨料的最佳条件为预热温度410℃、预热时间为20 min、烧结温度为1 112℃、烧结时间为5 min;洞庭湖淤泥烧结轻质骨料制备砌块的最优配合比为水灰比为0.27,陶粒粒径为15 mm,设置空隙率为25%。研究成果可解决洞庭湖淤泥处置难、堤岸稳定等问题,也可为其他淤泥处置和砌块制备提供新思路。 In order to solve the problems of Dongting Lake silt disposal and embankment stability,a new idea of using Dongting Lake silt to prepare ecological barge blocks by sintering lightweight aggregates is proposed.In this paper,the physical and chemical properties and sinterability of the silt are analyzed and the best sintering conditions for the prepa-ration of lightweight aggregates are obtained.Secondly,the thickness,weight and structure of the barge blocks are de-signed based on the embankment barge block design specification and the characteristics of the embankment in Dongting Lake area.Finally,the optimal ratio of the barge blocks is obtained through orthogonal tests.The research results are as follows.The Dongting Lake silt has the feasibility of preparing excellent lightweight aggregate,and the best conditions for sintering lightweight aggregate are 410℃,20 minutes of preheating time,1112℃and 5 minutes of sintering time.The optimal ratio of Dongting Lake silt sintering lightweight aggregate for block preparation is 0.27 wa-ter-cement ratio,15 mm ceramic particle size,25%void ratio.The optimal ratio of water-cement ratio is 0.27,parti-cle size is 15mm,and void ratio is 25%.The research results can solve the problems of Dongting Lake silt disposal and embankment stability,and can also provide new ideas for other silt disposal and block preparation.
