小儿喘憋性肺炎患儿维生素A及D的表达水平与肺功能的相关性

摘要 目的探究与分析小儿喘憋性肺炎患儿血清维生素A及D的表达水平与肺功能的相关性。方法选取苏州市吴江区儿童医院自2020年4月至2021年4月收治的40例小儿喘憋性肺炎患儿作为观察组,并选择同一个时间段来苏州市吴江区儿童医院行健康体检的健康儿45名作为对照组,对两组小儿均采用酶联免疫吸附法测定血清25(OH)D及维生素A浓度,同时采用肺功能仪对观察组患儿的急性期肺功能指标用力肺活量(FVC)、第1 s最大呼气量(FEV_(1))、第1 s最大呼气率(FEV_(1)/FVC%)进行测量,对血清维生素A及D的表达水平与肺功能的相关性采用Pearson相关性分析。结果观察组与对照组相比血清25(OH)D及维生素A水平较低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组相比FVC、FEV_(1)及FEV_(1)/FVC%水平较低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。行Pearson相关性分析可见,观察组患儿血清维生素A及D的表达水平分别与FVC、FEV_(1)及FEV_(1)/FVC%水平之间存在明显的正相关性。结论对小儿喘憋性肺炎而言,血清维生素A及D均有较低的表达水平,且二者与肺功能指标之间具有明显的正相关性,为此,对小儿喘憋性肺炎需要加强对血清维生素A及D的补充,以此达到预防及治疗的目的。 Objective To explore and analyze the correlation between the expression levels of serum vitamin A and D and pulmonary function in children with asthmatic pneumonia.Methods A total of 40 children with asthmatic pneumonia who were admitted to Wujiang District Children’s Hospital,from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the observation group,and healthy children who came to Wujiang District Children’s Hospital,for physical examination during the same time period were selected.Forty-five patients served as the control group,the serum 25(OH)D and vitamin A concentrations were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in the two groups of children,and the forced vital capacity(FVC)of the acute phase pulmonary function index of the children in the observation group was measured by spirometry.maximal expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV_(1)),and maximal expiratory rate in 1 second(FEV_(1)/FVC%),and the correlation between the expression levels of serum vitamin A and D and lung function was analyzed by Pearson correlation.Results Compared with the control group,the serum 25(OH)D and vitamin A levels in the observation group were lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of FVC,FEV_(1) and FEV_(1)/FVC%in the observation group were lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the expression levels of serum vitamin A and D in the observation group and the levels of FVC,FEV_(1) and FEV_(1)/FVC%,respectively.Conclusion For children with asthmatic pneumonia,the expression levels of serum vitamin A and D are both low,and there is a significant positive correlation between the two and pulmonary function indicators.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the treatment of children with asthmatic pneumonia.Supplementation of serum vitamins A and D to achieve the purpose of prevention and treatment.
