基于不停电作业的400 kW低压电源车的改造设计

摘要 针对现有400 kW低压电源车无法完成不停电并网作业的问题,通过控制系统改造升级,增加旁路装置、并网控制器、快速接入装置和智能健康服务系统,同时进行不停电作业正反向并网的软件设计。改造结果表明,并网时冲击电流较小,切换顺畅,能够实时监控运行数据,设备总体运行安全可靠,实现了市电与低压电源车之间的不停电作业目的。 To solve the problem that the existing 400 kW low-voltage power supply vehicles cannot complete the uninterrupted power grid connection operation,the control system is renovated and upgraded by adding bypass device,grid connection controller,fast access device and intelligent health service system.At the same time,the software design of positive and negative grid connection without power failure operation is carried out.The results show that the impulse current is small,the switch is smooth,the operation data can be monitored in real time,the overall operation of the equipment is safe and reliable,and the purpose of uninterrupted power operation between municipal power and low-voltage power supply vehicles is realized.
