摘要
为了探究情绪设计对在线学习的影响,并探讨内部动机和认知负荷在其中发挥的作用,实验以认知负荷量表、情绪评定量表、内部动机量表以及后测成绩为指标,以鸭嘴兽知识为学习材料,对72名大学生进行考察。结果发现:听觉情绪设计对学习成绩有影响,使用积极情绪诱发和高音女声均有助于提升学习效果;对其作用机制分析后发现,情绪设计主要是通过提升相关认知负荷进而提升学习者的学习成绩。
In order to research the influence of emotional design on online learning,and explore the role of internal motivation and cognitive load in it,72 college students are investigated with cognitive load scale,emotional rating scale,internal motivation scale and post test scores as indicators,and platypus knowledge as learning materials. The results show that auditory emotional design has an impact on academic performance,the use of positive emotion induction and soprano female voice are helpful to improve the learning effect. After the analysis of its mechanism,it is found that emotional design mainly improves the learners’ academic performance by increasing the relevant cognitive load.
