摘要
Ag^(+)可以杀菌消毒,促进伤口愈合,在日常用品以及医药等方面有重要作用,同时Ag^(+)也对人体蛋白质具有毒性。所以,建立快速高效的Ag^(+)检测方法具有非常重要的意义。我们设计合成了一种荧光三芳基硼席夫碱化合物NMBA,这种化合物可以在含水环境中与Ag^(+)结合,其共轭结构发生改变,从而使发光光谱在533 nm处出现新的强发光峰,而原有的460 nm处的发光峰强度不发生改变。用550 nm和450 nm两个波长处的荧光强度比率和体系中Ag^(+)浓度作图,具备良好的线性关系。化合物发光颜色也随着Ag^(+)浓度的增加,由蓝色逐渐变成黄绿色,便于裸眼观察和普通照相机拍摄。同时,化合物NMBA发光对其它常见金属离子没有响应,对Ag^(+)有良好的选择性。
Silver ion can sterilize, promote wound healing, and plays an important role in daily necessities and medicine. At the same time, silver ions is also toxic to human proteins. Therefore, it is of great significance to establish a rapid and efficient silver ion detection method. We designed and synthesized a fluorescent triarylboron Schiff base compound NMBA, which can combine with silver ions in a water-containing environment, and its conjugation structure changes, so that a new strong luminescence peak appears in the luminescence spectrum at 533 nm. The original luminescence peak intensity at 460 nm remains unchanged. The fluorescence intensity ratio of 550 nm and 450 nm was linear function with the silver ions concentration. With the increase of silver ions concentration, the luminescent color of the compound gradually changes from blue to yellow-green, which is convenient for naked eye observation and normal camera shooting. In the meantime, the luminescence of the compound NMBA does not respond to other common metal ions, shows excellent selectivity to silver ions.
