摘要
目的:优化金花三叶降糖方的提取工艺,为金花金花三叶降糖方的研发提供研究基础。方法:以总黄酮提取量和得膏率为评价指标,以加水量、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,采用Box-Behnken响应面法对金花三叶降糖方的提取工艺进行优化。结果:选取提取工艺为加水量为13倍,提取时间为0.5 h,提取3次。结论:该提取工艺切实可行,可为金花三叶降糖方的研发提供理论基础。
This experiment aims to optimize the extraction process of Jinhua Sanye Jiangtang Prescription and provide a research basis for the research and development of Jinhua Sanye Jiangtang Prescription. Methods The effects solvent dosage, extraction time and extraction times on the optimization of extraction process of Jinhua Sanye Jiangtang Prescription were investigated by Box-Behnken response surface methodology, and The content of extraction rate and total flavonoids were used as the evaluation indexes of extraction process. Results The extraction process was 13 times the amount of water, 0.5 h and 3 times. Conclusion The extraction process is feasible and can provide a theoretical basis for the research and development of Jinhua Sanye Jiangtang Prescription.
