如今工业涂料行业正快速向水性化方向发展,而集装箱涂料在国家政策和市场刺激的双重导向下已经走在工业涂料水性化道路的最前方。水性丙烯酸酯涂料由于具备优良的漆膜性能和绿色环保等特点,成为制备水性集装箱面漆的最佳选择之一。本文重点介绍了一种用于集装箱面漆的水性丙烯酸酯乳液的制备过程并对其调漆、制板,测试其应用效果。

Nowadays, the paint industry is developing rapidly to the direction of waterborne coatings. Under the dual guidance of national policy and market stimulus, container coatings have been at the forefront of waterborne industrial coatings. Waterborne acrylic coating has become one of the best choices for preparing waterborne container finish due to its excellent film properties and environmental protection. In this paper, the preparation process of a kind of water-based acrylate emulsion used for container topcoat was introduced, and its application effect was tested.
