摘要
研究了不同硝酸浓度相同酸洗时间、不同酸洗时间相同的硝酸浓度、添加常用的缓蚀剂葡萄糖酸钠及柠檬酸钠对烧结钕铁硼产品表面粗糙度Ra的影响。经过研究发现,不同硝酸浓度相同酸洗时间的情况下,酸洗液浓度越高,产品表面粗糙度Ra呈现先下降后升高趋势,酸洗液浓度在25 mL/L时的粗糙度Ra最小;酸洗液浓度均在25 mL/L情况下,酸洗量越大,产品表面粗糙度Ra越小,酸洗量到30微米后,粗糙度Ra的变化较小。酸洗液浓度均在25 mL/L情况下,缓蚀剂葡萄糖酸钠和柠檬酸钠的浓度达到5 g/L之后的粗化效果比较明显。
The effects of different nitric acid concentration, the same pickling time, the same nitric acid concentration at different pickling time, and the addition of common corrosion inhibitors sodium gluconate and sodium citrate on the surface roughness Ra of sintered Nd-Fe-B products were studied. It is found that under the condition of different nitric acid concentration and the same pickling time, the higher the pickling solution concentration is, the product surface roughness Ra first decreases and then increases, and the roughness Ra is the smallest when the pickling solution concentration is 25 mL/L;When the pickling solution concentration is 25 mL/L, the greater the pickling amount, the smaller the product surface roughness Ra. After the pickling amount reaches 30 microns, the change of roughness Ra is small. When the concentration of pickling solution is 25 mL/L, the coarsening effect is obvious when the concentration of corrosion inhibitor sodium gluconate and sodium citrate reaches 5 g/L.
