钯、镍催化烯烃双官能化反应研究进展

摘要 烯烃是一种用途广泛、简单易得的多种转化反应的起始原料,由于其独特的化学结构,可以进行氢化、卤化等其他官能化反应。在众多关于催化不饱和C=C的官能化反应中,过渡金属催化C=C的双官能化的反应可以构建多种复杂分子,且收率可观。然而过去十几年这一领域的发展主要依赖的Rh,Ir等金属催化剂,这类过渡金属地壳储量低,价格高,毒性大。因此发展地壳储量较为丰富、价格相对低廉、毒性相对更小的过渡金属如Ni,Pd等催化烯烃的双官能化就显得尤为必要。因此,本文对近期部分关于Ni,Pd催化的烯烃双官能团化的例子进行综述,希望为该领域的研究提供参考。 Olefins are versatile, simple and readily available starting materials for various transformations, and due to their unique chemical structures, they can undergo hydrogenation, halogenation, and other functionalization reactions. Among many functionalization reactions of catalytic unsaturated C=C, transition metal-catalyzed bifunctionalization of C=C can construct a variety of complex molecules with considerable yields. However, the development of this field in the past ten years has mainly relied on metal catalysts such as Rh and Ir. Such transition metals have low crustal reserves, high prices and high toxicity. Therefore, it is particularly necessary to develop the bifunctionalization of olefins catalyzed by transition metals such as Ni, Pd, which are abundant in crustal reserves, relatively cheap, and relatively less toxic. Therefore, this article reviews some recent examples of Ni, Pd-catalyzed bifunctionalization of olefins, hoping to provide references for research in this field.
