摘要
从船舶含油污水中筛选出2株海洋低温石油降解菌,分别命名为YW-1和YW-2。通过16SrRNA基因测序方法鉴定这两株菌分别属于交替假单胞菌和盐单胞菌。菌株YW-1在0℃、5℃和15℃的条件下降解培养15天后,可将初始浓度1%的柴油分别降解45%、65%和82%,而菌株YW-2降解38%、60%、75%。菌株YW-1和YW-2在4℃的条件下降解培养15天后,可将发酵液的表面张力分别降低至31 mN/m和28 mN/m。
Two cold-adapted petroleum degrading bacteria were isolated from shipboard oily wastewater, named YW-1 and YW-2. The isolated strains were identified as genera Pseudoalteromonas and Halomonas based on 16S rRNA gene sequence. After 15 days of biodegradation at 0 ℃, 5 ℃ and 15 ℃, 45 %, 65 %, 82 %and 38 %, 60 %, 75 % diesel oil were degraded by bacteria YW-1 and YW-2, respectively. After 15 days of growth at 4 ℃, the surface tension values for the cell free supernatants of stain YW-1 and YW-2 were lowered to 31 m N/m and 28 m N/m, respectively.
