家用小型电子废弃物为尺寸在30 cm×30 cm×15 cm范围内的废弃家用电器电子产品,包括收音机、小录像机、无线耳机、计算器、小型灯具、小电扇、电子温度计、鼠标等,常见的废弃小家电附属品则包括电池、数据线和充电头等。针对某市,利用实地调研与人口增长对某市家用小型电子废弃物进行了产量预测,预计到2025年,该市家用小型电子废弃物产量约为19552.82吨;到2030年,产量约为20982.11吨。建议完善相关政策法规与标准规范体系,补全优化源头分类匹配设施与技术,鼓励企业进行技术创新、摆脱补贴依赖,同时引入押金形式的家用小型电子废弃物收费体系。

Smaller household e-waste are defined as dimensions within 30 cm×30 cm×15 cm, including radios, video recorders, wireless headphones,calculators, lamps, electric fans, electronic thermometers, electric toothbrushes, electric razors, hairdryers, clocks, watches, mice, and accessories like batteries, data cables and charging heads, etc. Taken a mega city as example, the output of smaller household e-waste was predicted to be 19,552.82 tons by 2025 and 20,982.11tons by 2030, based on practical field data and population growth. It is recommended to improve the relevant policies and regulations, complete, and optimize the source classification matching facilities and technologies, encourage enterprises to carry out technological innovation, get rid of subsidy dependence, and introduce the deposit form of household small e-waste charging system.
