摘要
介绍了自主研发的船舶修造业固体废弃物“中温热解+高温等离子熔融+余热发电”(简称PPR)串联处置工艺和处理系统。采用该处置工艺对某修造船厂的工业固废进行厂内的无害化处理,并对该处理系统的设备及运行情况进行了说明。热解和等离子体熔融技术实现固体废弃物的减量化和无害化,有机朗肯循环余热发电技术实现固体废弃物的资源化利用,PPR处置工艺符合工业废弃物的减量化、无害化、资源化处理原则。
The series treatment process and system of “medium temperature pyrolysis + high temperature plasma melting + waste heat power generation”(PPR)for solid waste from shipbuilding industry are introduced. The industrial solid waste from a shipyard was treated innocuously by the treatment process, and the equipment and operation of the treatment system were described. Pyrolysis and plasma melting technology realize the reduction and harmless of solid waste, organic Rankine cycle waste heat power generation technology realizes the resource utilization of solid waste, and PPR disposal process conforms to the principles of reduction, harmless and resource treatment of industrial waste.
