海上平台大气污染物排放管控方案研究

Study on Air Pollutant Emission Control Scheme of Offshore Platform

随着国家对海洋石油开发过程中的大气污染问题越发关注,海上平台的大气污染管控方案亟待被明确提出。本文对比了海、陆两种环境下的石油开发过程中的污染物、污染源、以及相应的大气污染管控政策、规定,并参考国内外已有的相关标准,分析了海上平台大气污染物排放现状,对适用于海上大气污染物排放限值和海上大气污染物监测方案、海上平台尾气处理方案进行了研究,提出了海上平台大气污染物排放管控方案,对其的正式提出实施的具有参考价值。

As the country pays more attention to the problem of air pollution in the process of offshore oil development, the air pollution control plan for offshore platforms needs to be put forward. This paper compares the pollutants, pollution sources, corresponding air pollution control regulations in the process of oil development under environments of sea and land. This paper analyzed the current status of air pollutant emissions from offshore platforms with reference to existing domestic and foreign standards, and researched on the emission limit of marine air pollutants, the monitoring scheme of marine air pollutants, exhaust gas treatment scheme of offshore platforms. This paper proposed the control scheme for the discharge of atmospheric pollutants from offshore platforms, value for formal proposal and implementation.
