为有效预防和减少城镇污水处理厂的环境风险事件的发生,保障人民群众生命财产和环境安全,针对污水处理厂运营过程中可能产生的环境风险进行识别,分析其环境影响,基于城镇污水处理厂生产工艺产污环节提出环境风险预防措施和预警策略,以及相应的有针对性的环境风险防范措施及对策,为突发环境事件应急预案管理工作提供参考。

In order to effectively prevent and reduce the occurrence of environmental risk events in the wastewater treatment station in the electroplating park,and ensure the people’s lives, property and environmental safety, based on the production process of the urban sewage treatment plant, the environmental risks of the wastewater treatment station were identified, and analyzed its environmental impact. The corresponding environmental risk prevention measures and countermeasures was put forward as reference for emergency plan management of environmental emergencies.
