摘要 LNG接收站建设日益迅速,国内的LNG接收站已进入到扩建期,扩建工程与现有工程存在交叉界面多,低温管道预冷投产过程对在建工程运行影响大等问题。本文通过分析扩建工程与在建工程的兼容性设计,优化工艺及设备方案,保证扩建后LNG接收站整体运行的安全可靠。针对预冷过程的方案及预冷问题分析,提高预冷过程的效率。通过综合分析进一步保证LNG接收站扩建工程从设计源头保证装置运行的安全与稳定。 The construction of LNG receiving station is rapidly increasing, domestic LNG receiving station has entered the expansion period, there are many cross interfaces between the expansion project and the existing project, and the cryogenic pipeline pre-cooling production process has a great influence on the operation of the project under construction. This paper analyzes the compatibility design between the expansion project and the project under construction, and optimizes the process and equipment scheme to ensure the safety and reliability of the overall operation of the LNG receiving station after the expansion. In order to improve the efficiency of the pre-cooling process, the scheme and the problem of pre-cooling are analyzed. Through comprehensive analysis to further ensure the safety and stability of the LNG receiving station expansion project from the design source.
