浅谈石油化工装置仪表阀门执行机构防火罩

Brief Discussion on Flameproof Enclosure of Instrumentation Valve Actuator in Petrochemical Plant

石油化工装置为了降低发生火灾后的损失和影响而设置了防火隔离阀,依据防火隔离阀的防火要求需要对其执行机构安装防火罩。本文对比分析了柔性防火罩和刚性防火罩的结构形式和特点,并简要介绍了几个石油化工装置常用的防火罩品牌,重点阐述了防火罩设计和安装时的注意事项和问题解决方法,最后对防火罩结构形式的选择给出了建议。

In order to reduce the loss and influence by fire in the petrochemical plant, fire isolation valve is set up. According to the requirement of flameproof,fire isolation valve’s actuator needs to install flameproof enclosure. The structure and characteristics of flexible flameproof enclosure and rigid flameproof enclosure are analyzed contrastively. Several brands of flameproof enclosure used frequently in petrochemical plant are introduced briefly. Some cautions and solutions of design and installation of flameproof enclosure are elaborated, and suggestions are put forward for the choice of structure of flameproof enclosure finally.
