摘要
“金课”标准要求课程具有高阶性、创新性和挑战度。波谱解析课程作为药学、中药学及生药学等专业基础必修课程,在相关专业课程的学习过程中占据重要的地位。本文对照“金课”建设标准,分析了传统教学模式在波谱解析理论课程教学中的不足,并对教学实践进行了改革探索。通过构建“以学生为中心”的教学方式,激发学生学习兴趣,提高课程教学效果,助力校级金课建设。该改革与探索有助于进一步提高学生解决有机化合物结构表征问题的能力,为学生日后从事相关药学研究工作奠定基础。
The standards of “Golden Course” required the courses possessing advance, innovative and challenging. Spectrum analysis, as an important basic course for undergraduates in pharmacy, Chinese medicine, pharmacognosy and others, play key role in the learning of the compulsory courses. This paper analyzes the inadequacy of traditional teaching in spectrum analysis. Additionally, the teaching reform and exploration were introduced based on the “student-centered”teaching method, which could stimulate students’ interest and improve the teaching effect. This reform and exploration has important practical significance for cultivating students’ ability of identifying the organic compounds, and laying a solid foundation to work in the related pharmaceutical field in the future.
