摘要
体育锻炼被认为是影响青少年个体认知能力发展的重要因素,但国内鲜有基于全国样本数据实证考察体育锻炼对青少年非认知能力的影响。基于中国教育追踪调查数据,运用OLS回归模型和倾向得分匹配法,从塑造学生健全人格的视角,分析了体育锻炼对青少年非认知能力的影响,研究表明:青少年周末体育锻炼机会的获得存在不平等性,受到自评健康状况、家庭经济状况、父母受教育水平等因素的影响;体育锻炼对青少年的自律性、社交能力、自信心、自我效能具有促进作用,对消极情绪体验具有降低效果。
Physical exercise is considered to be an important factor affecting the development of adolescents’individual cognitive ability,but there are few empirical studies on the impact of physical exercise on adolescents’non-cognitive ability based on the National Sample Data in China.Based on the data of China’s education follow-up survey,using OLS Regression Model and propensity score matching method,this paper tries to analyze the impact of physical exercise on Teenagers’non-cognitive ability in the perspective of shaping students’sound personality.The study shows that there is inequality in teenagers’access to weekend physical exercise opportunities,which is affected by factors such as self-rated health status,family economic status,parents’education level and so on;Physical exercise can promote teenagers’self-discipline,social ability,self-confidence and self-efficacy,and reduce negative emotional experience.
