提升乙型肝炎病毒体外感染细胞模型感染效率的研究进展

摘要 乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus, HBV)导致的慢性感染是重大公共卫生问题,目前临床抗病毒治疗尚难实现彻底治愈或功能性治愈。体外感染模型作为HBV基础研究及新药研发的重要工具,其感染效率对模型的实用性和可靠性非常重要。本文从易感细胞的培养、病毒与细胞孵育时的感染条件以及病毒接种物制备3个方面,介绍提升HBV体外感染模型感染效率的研究进展。 Chronic hepatitis B infection caused by hepatitis B virus(HBV) is an important public health problem. Nowadays, the antiviral treatment is difficult to achieve the complete or functional cure. As a necessary tool for HBV research and drug development, the HBV in vitro infection model with a high infection efficiency is very important to its application and reliability. In this review, we summarize recent research progresses and efforts in the improvement of HBV in vitro infection efficiency with the focus on three aspects: the culture of susceptible cells, the infection conditions of virus and cell co-incubation, and the preparation of virusinoculum.
