摘要
某些具有特殊结构的肽由于其高效的组织靶向性和低毒性,以及对靶蛋白具有较高的特异性和亲和力,适合用于疾病的诊断和靶向治疗。该文就细胞穿透肽、低pH插入肽和尾锚定蛋白的结构、靶向机制和应用的研究进展进行了综述。
Some peptides with unique structures can be used for disease diagnosis and targeted therapy because of their high tissue targeting and low toxicity,as well as high specificity and affinity for target proteins. This review summarizes three types of peptides,namely cell penetrating peptide(CPP),pH low insertion peptide(pHLIP),tail-anchored protein(TA),and describes their structure,targeting mechanisms and applications.
