中国经济学是基于中国国情和改革开放实践,在创新中形成的21世纪的马克思主义政治经济学。中国经济学植根于中国大地,讲中国故事,研究中国经济规律。中国经济学以中国特色社会主义政治经济学为核心,是包括以社会主义基本经济制度理论为代表的经济制度理论,以社会主义市场经济理论为代表的经济运行理论和以新发展理念为代表的经济发展理论的体系。中国经济学面对社会经济关系、经济运行、经济发展三个层面,从经济制度、经济效率效益、发展动力和经济安全四个维度进行分析。进入新时代中国经济学研究的定位:对生产关系的研究定位于社会主义初级阶段的新阶段;对经济运行的研究定位于社会主义市场经济阶段;对经济发展的研究定位于现代化阶段和跨越“中等收入陷阱”。中国经济学不停留在抽象概念分析上,直面现实经济问题,成为致用的经济学科。中国经济学以21世纪马克思主义政治经济学为指导,不排斥有选择地汲取西方经济学的积极成果。

Chinese economics is a 21st century Marxist political economics discipline formed in innovation based on China’s national conditions and the practice of reform and opening up.Chinese economics is rooted in China,telling China’s stories and studying the laws of China’s economy.Chinese economics,with socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics as its core,is a theoretical system consisting of economic system theory represented by socialist basic economic system theory,economic operation theory represented by socialist market economy theory and economic development theory represented by new development idea.Chinese economics consists of the four dimensions(i.e.economic system,economic efficiency and benefit,development power and economic security) based on the three perspectives of social and economic relations,economic operation and economic development.The research orientation of Chinese economics in the new era:The study of relations of production is located in the new stage of the primary stage of socialism;The study of economic operation is positioned at the stage of socialist market economy;The research of economic development locates at the stage of modernization and crosses the "middle-income trap".Chinese economics does not stay on the analysis of abstract concepts,but faces the real economic issues and becomes a practical economic discipline.Guided by Marxist political economics in the 21st century,Chinese economics is inclusive to selectively build on the achievements of western economics.
