数字技术革命推动了资本主义经济的跃进与繁荣,但这种繁荣建立在剥削性与掠夺性的生产关系之上,也因此使其面临着严重的发展困境。在资本主义的繁荣背后,是严峻的失业与贫富分化、治理难题、外部压力等多重危机交织的局面。为缓解经济与社会矛盾,资产阶级政府作出多种努力,但其面对的发展困境根源于资本主义的内在痼疾,故而无法在根本上得到解决。相较之下,中国有一些显著优势,这将为中国赢得国际数字竞争增添重要砝码。

The digital technology revolution has promoted the leap forward and prosperity of the capitalist economy,but this prosperity is based on exploitative and predatory production relations,and therefore it is facing serious development difficulties.Behind the prosperity of capitalism is the intertwined situation of severe unemployment and the polarization between the rich and the poor,governance problems,external pressures and other multiple crises.In order to alleviate the economic and social contradictions,the bourgeois government has made various efforts,but the development dilemma it faces is rooted in the inherent ailments of capitalism,so it can not be fundamentally solved.In contrast,China has some significant advantages,which will add important weight to China to win the international digital competition.
