百里香酚对冬毛期蓝狐生产性能与生化指标的影响 被引量:5

摘要 试验旨在研究百里香酚对冬毛期蓝狐生产性能、生化指标的影响。试验选取40只蓝狐,随机分成4组(每组10个重复,每个重复1只),即试验组Ⅰ(100 mg/kg百里香酚添加组)、试验组Ⅱ(200 mg/kg百里香酚添加组)、试验组Ⅲ(300 mg/kg百里香酚添加组)、对照组(饲喂基础饲粮),预饲期5 d,饲养35 d后对蓝狐的体重、毛皮质量、器官指数和血液生化指标进行检测分析。结果显示:与对照组相比,试验组Ⅲ蓝狐末重显著提高(P<0.05),试验组Ⅱ鲜皮长和针毛长显著提高(P<0.05);试验组Ⅰ和试验组Ⅱ血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量极显著提高(P<0.01),试验组Ⅰ和试验组Ⅲ的免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量显著提升(P<0.05),各试验组的免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量极显著提高(P<0.01)。综上所述,饲料中添加百里香酚可以提高蓝狐的生产性能、免疫能力、抗氧化能力和毛皮质量。 The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of thymol on the production performance and biochemical indexes of blue foxes in winter fur-growing period. Forty blue foxes were randomly divided into four groups(10 replicates in each group, one in each replicate). Experimental group Ⅰ (100 mg/kg thymol addition group), experimentalgroup Ⅱ(200 mg/kg thymol addition group), ex-perimental group Ⅲ(300 mg/kg thymol additiongroup) and control group(fed with basic diet).The pre feeding period was five days. After 35 days, the body weight, fur quality, organ index and blood biochemical indexes of blue fox were detected and analyzed. The results showed that comparedwith the control group, the body weight of blue fox in the experimental group Ⅲ increased significantly(P<0.05), the fresh skin length and needle hair length in the experimental group Ⅱ increased significant-ly(P<0.05), the contents of serum Ig G in the experimental group Ⅰ and Ⅱ increased significantly(P<0.01), the contents of Ig A in the experimental group Ⅰ and Ⅲ increased significantly(P<0.05), and thecontents of Ig M in each experimental group increased significantly(P<0.01). In conclusion, thymol couldimprove the production performance, immune ability, antioxidant ability and fur quality of blue fox.
