摘要
探讨了国内文胸产品的现行标准,对12款运动内衣的罩杯支撑力、肩带滑落、透气性能和吸湿性进行检测分析。结果:有2款运动内衣的底围压力不满足标准要求,产品标准也未按照运动强度的不同进行压力范围区分;肩带稳定性可通过拉伸弹性回复率的指标进行评价;12款样品的透气性能表现都不错,在面料材质和组织结构上考虑了产品透气性能;有2款运动内衣面料完全不具有吸湿性能,整体上的吸湿性能偏弱,吸湿性能可作为运动内衣舒适性评价的重要指标。建议进一步完善运动内衣标准在舒适性方面的要求。
The current standards of bra products were discussed. The cup bottom pressure, shoulder strap slippage, air permeability and moisture-absorption performance of 12 sports underwear on the market was tested and analyzed. Result: The cup bottom pressure of 2 sports underwear did not meet the standard requirements, and the product standard did not distinguish the pressure range according to the difference of exercise intensity;The stability of the shoulder strap could be evaluated by the index of tensile elastic recovery rate. The air permeability of the 12 samples were good, and the air permeability of the product was considered in terms of the fabric material and organizational structure. There were 2 sports underwear fabrics that did not have moisture-absorption performance, and the overall moisture-absorption performance was weak. The moisture-absorption performance could be used as an important index for the comfort evaluation of sports underwear. At the same time, it was recommended that the standard of sports underwear needs to further improve the requirements in terms of comfort.
