摘要
本文介绍了一种电动摩托车防水性能检测分析平台,该平台由激光测距传感器、喷头移动装置和电动摩托车旋转装置等组成。借助该装置可以自动实现对电动摩托车360°的喷洒检测工作,且喷头距电动摩托车的距离能够控制在用户所设定的值,误差在10mm以内,从而保证检测结果的一致性。
This paper introduces a waterproof performance detection and analysis platform for electric motorcycle,which is composed of laser ranging sensor,nozzle moving device and electric motorcycle rotating device.The device can automatically realize the 360°spray detection of the electric motorcycle,and the distance between the nozzle and the electric motorcycle can be controlled within the value set by the user,with an error of less than 10mm,so as to ensure the consistency of the detection results.
