摘要
热压罐温度监控系统通道较多、校准周期短,传统的单个通道依次校准方法耗时长、占用热压罐的生产时间相对较长。本文提出一种使用集束型补偿导线代替单根补偿导线连接标准器与被校通道的校准方法,可以多通道同时校准。通过比对实验和分析评估验证了该方法满足校准要求,且大幅提升热压罐温度监控系统的校准效率,提高了热压罐生产的使用率。
The temperature monitoring system of autoclave has many channels and short calibration interval.The traditional single channel calibration method takes a long time and occupies a relativly long production of autoclave.In this paper,we propose a calibration method which uses cluster compensating wire instead of single compensating wire to connect the standard instrument and the calibrated channel,and can calibrate multiple channes simultaneoulsy.Through comparative experiments and analysis and evaluation,it is verified that this method meets the requirement of calibration,and significantly improves the calibration efficiency of autoclave temperature monitoring system,and improves the utilization rate of autoclave in production.
