紫外荧光法总硫分析仪测定天然气中总硫含量

摘要 紫外荧光法是测定管输天然气中总硫含量的一种经典分析方法。建立紫外荧光总硫分析仪测定天然气中总硫含量的方法。采用五种氮中硫化氢国家二级标准物质建立标准曲线,硫含量与响应信号成良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.9993。用总硫分析仪测定五种标准物质以及输气站天然气样品中总硫含量,测定过程时间短,并且测定结果满足国家标准GB/T 11060.8-2020规定的重复性和再现性要求。该方法简单快速、重复性好、准确度高,适合天然气中总硫含量的测定。 Ultraviolet fluorescence method is a classical analysis method to determine the total sulfur content in pipeline natural gas.A method for the determination of total sulfur in natural gas by ultraviolet fluorescence total sulfur analyzer was established.The standard curve was established by using five kinds of national secondary reference materials of hydrogen sulfide in nitrogen.The linear relationship between sulfur content and response signal was good,and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9993.The total sulfur content in the five bottles of reference materials and natural gas samples from the gas station was determined by total sulfur analyzer.The time of determination is short,the results meet the requirements of repeatability and reproducibility in national standard GB/T 11060.8-2020.The method is simple,rapid,reproducible and accurate and is suitable for the determination of total sulfur content in natural gas.
