摘要
飞机结构强度试验中,大量使用数据采集系统进行应变量测量,其计量检定暂无合适的国家或军工检定/校准规范可以参照。本文结合大量数据采集系统的校准经验,提出了抽检和巡检相结合的一种校准方法,并给出了飞机结构强度试验中数据采集系统的计量特性、通道抽取原则、校准方法、误差计算公式等,为科学合理的量值传递提供参考。
Data acquisition system is widely used in aircraft structural strength test to measure the strain,and there is no suitable national or military verification/calibration standard for reference.Based on the calibration experience of a large number of data acquisition systems,this paper puts forward a calibration method combining random inspection and patrol inspection,and gives the measurement characteristics,channel extraction principle,calibration method,error calculation formula and so on of the data acquisition system in aircraft structural strength test,which provides reference for scientific and reasonable value transmission.
