推进零售业务金融“用户+”的对策研究——以中国建设银行为例

摘要 全球商业银行迈进数字化4.0时代,推进零售业务金融“用户+”,必须树立“以‘用户+’为中心”的新思维;构建银行与用户“新连接”;打造银行与用户“新关系”;优化支持保障“新机制”。打造以“用户+”为中心的全域零售金融新生态,推动“十四五”期间零售业务的发展。
