后疫情时代我国航空物流韧性评价及提升路径研究

Research on the resilience evaluation and improvement path of my country’s aviation logistics in the post-epidemic era

后疫情时代,韧性增长是航空物流企业战胜疫情和增强核心竞争力的首要战略选择。本文以后疫情时代为研究背景,先通过文献综述,选择航空物流韧性的三个维度——系统健壮力、平衡健壮力和复原健壮力来设计评价指标体系;然后,运用层次分析法结合模糊综合评价法展开实证分析,得出当前我国航空物流韧性的总体得分及“三力”的具体评分;进而在此基础上,诊断出后疫情时代我国航空物流韧性整体偏弱的问题及原因。结果表明:后疫情时代我国航空物流韧性的总体评分为74.44分,处于中等层次,说明后疫情时代我国航空物流韧性有待提升。最后重点从国家——地方政府和行业——从业企业提出后疫情时代我国航空物流韧性增长的双向路径与相关策略。

In the post-epidemic era,resilient growth is the primary strategic choice for aviation logistics companies to overcome the epidemic and enhance their core competitiveness.In this paper,the post-epidemic era is the research background.First,through literature review,three dimensions of air logistics resilience—system robustness,balance robustness,and resilience robustness are selected to design an evaluation index system;Based on the empirical analysis,the overall score of my country’s aviation logistics resilience and the specific scores of the"three forces"are obtained.On this basis,the problems and reasons for the overall weak resilience of my country’s aviation logistics in the post-epidemic era are diagnosed.The results show that the overall score of my country’s aviation logistics resilience in the post-epidemic era is 74.44 points,which is in the middle level,indicating that my country’s aviation logistics resilience needs to be improved in the post-epidemic era.The final focus is to put forward the two-way path and related strategies for the resilient growth of my country’s aviation logistics in the post-epidemic era from the state-local government and industry-practitioners.
