重大突发公共事件下数字经济对经济韧性的影响研究

The Impact of Digital Economy on Economy Resilience under Major Public Emergencies

面对当今频发而复杂的各种重大突发公共事件,强大的经济韧性能使区域经济迅速摆脱冲击恢复活力,而数字经济可为经济韧性的提升提供强有力的支撑。以新冠疫情重大突发公共事件的持续反弹对经济造成重大冲击为背景,运用固定效应模型、中介效应模型对2015—2019年我国30个省(市、自治区)面板数据进行实证研究,分析数字经济对经济韧性的影响和作用机制。研究表明:数字经济对经济韧性的提升具有显著的促进作用,城乡收入差距发挥了部分中介效应,即数字经济能通过缩小城乡收入差距来提升经济韧性;经济韧性的提升具有一定的路径依赖;数字经济对经济韧性影响具有区域异质性,城乡收入差距发挥的中介效应程度东部地区约为3.6%,中西部地区约为10.6%。

In the face of frequent and complex major public emergencies,strong economy resilience can make the regional economy get rid of the impact and restore vitality quickly,and digital economy can provide strong support for the promotion of economy resilience.Based on the significant impact on the economy caused by the continuous rebound of major public emergencies caused by COVID-19,the fixed effect model and mediating effect model were used to conduct an empirical study on panel data of 30 provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)in China from 2015 to 2019 to analyze the impact and mechanism of digital economy on economy resilience.The results indicate that digital economy plays a significant role in promoting economy resilience,and urban-rural income gap plays a part of the mediating effect,that is,digital economy can improve economy resilience by reducing urban-rural income gap.And the improvement of economy resilience has a certain path dependence.The impact of digital economy on economy resilience has regional heterogeneity.The mediating effect of urban-rural income gap is about 3.6%in eastern China and 10.6%in central and western China.
