五育融合学校新样态何以实现?--基于多类教育主体的视角 被引量:7

On the Realization of New Style of School Holistic Education--From the Perspective of Multiple Educational Subjects

摘要 五育融合是新时代基础教育育人方式转型的重要改革方向和发展目标,教育理论与实践界对此均有积极回应。但综观已有研究,发现对不同层次各类教育主体的关注尚少。因此,将学校场域中的三类关键人物--校长、中层领导、教师作为研究对象,以学校教育关键主体的视角探究学校五育融合综合改革中形成的角色定位转型之难、主体协同互动之难、价值取向协调之难等问题,提出了不同主体应对这些问题时的角色定位、具体责任和实践行动,以使五育融合在学校办学中真正落地,创生新时代学校的新样态。 The holistic education(the integration of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor education)is an important reform direction and development goal of the transformation of basic education and education mode in the new era,which has received positive responses from both educational theory and practice circles.However,based on a comprehensive survey of previous studies,it is found that there is little attention paid to different levels of educational subjects.This paper aims to study three kinds key figures in the school field:principals,middle-level leaders and teachers,and explore the difficulties in the transformation of different subject roles,in the coordination and interaction of subjects and in the value orientation coordination formed in the comprehensive reform of school holistic education from the perspective of the key subjects of school education.In addition,the paper further puts forward the role orientation,specific responsibilities and practical actions of different subjects to deal with these problems,so as to get the integration of five education in school running implemented and create a new style of school in the new era.
