摘要
[目的/意义]调查我国高校图书馆微服务建设情况,总结当前实践应用中的优势和不足,并针对问题提出相应对策,以期为高校图书馆微服务创新提供思路。[方法/过程]选取国内42所“双一流”高校图书馆微服务平台作为调研对象,对其微博、移动APP、微信公众号、微信小程序四种微服务模式的开通情况和服务内容进行统计和分析。[结果/结论]高校图书馆微服务面临着定位不清晰、方式模板化、内容同质化、受众规模小等方面的问题。提高图书馆对微服务定位的认识,基于三全育人的理念构建微服务机制,借助5G技术创新微服务实践,建立健全微服务推广模式将成为改善高校图书馆微服务的重要举措。
[Purpose/significance]This paper investigates and analyzes the construction of microservices in university libraries,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of current practical applications,and puts forward corresponding ideas for problems,in order to provide ideas for innovative microservices in university libraries.[Method/process]The microservices of 42 domestic“Double First-Class”university libraries were used as research objects,and the operation status and service content of microservice models such as Weibo,mobile APP,WeChat official account,and WeChat applet were statistically analyzed.[Result/conclusion]The microservice of university libraries has problems in terms of unclear positioning content,templated methods,homogenization,and small audience size.Enhancing the understanding of the positioning of microservices,building a microservice mechanism based on the“San Quan Yu Ren Theory”,using 5G innovative microservice practices,conceptually establishing and improving the microservice promotion model,will become an important milestone for universities to improve library microservices.
