摘要
随着市场经济的快速发展,城镇化水平不断提升,城市内部及城乡之间出现大量的人口流动现象。面对城市有限的土地资源及滞后的城市规划,民众对公共空间建筑有了更高的要求。基于此,以广州市中心老旧小区“微改造”为例,分析该类项目中存在的融资问题,并结合具体情况,探讨如何保证城市更新改造项目的整体水平,优化城市发展空间,以满足城市改造建设管理要求。
With the rapid development of market economy and the continuous improvement of urbaniza-tion level,there are a large number of population flows within cities and between urban and rural areas.Af-ter entering the new era,people have higher requirements for public space buildings in the face of limited urban land resources and lagging urban planning.Based on this,taking the"micro reconstructing"of the old community in the center of Guangzhou as an example,this paper analyzes the financing problems exist-ing in such projects,and discusses how to ensure the overall level of urban renewal and reconstruction proj-ects and optimize urban development space in combination with the specific situation,so as to meet the management requirements of urban reconstruction and construction.
