1948年长春军票签发基于实物的研究

Physical-based Research on the Issuance of Military Cheques in Changchun in 1948

1948年“长春围困战”时出现过大量的军用支票,它们是国民党为“党政军”的补给需要而签发的金融票据。这些军用支票的签发单位包含国民党党部、政府部门与军队的诸多机构,与东北九省流通券长春本票类似,军票也是在没有任何保证金的前提下凭空滥发的。以东北亚金融博物馆100张军票实物资源为依托,站在军票签发单位的视角上,首先选取党政军中具有代表性的部门与机构进行其票面信息、防伪技术等的梳理研究,然后逐一考证一定时间内军票签发总额,最后结合当时各阶段的物价指数,分析其资金使用状况与变化趋势,从而反映出地方政治、经济、军事、社会情况,为吉林人民了解历史、了解家乡提供重要资料。

In 1948,during the"Siege of Changchun",a large number of military cheques appeared,which were financial bills issued by the Kuomintang for the supply needs.The issuing units of these military cheques include many institutions of the Kuomintang headquarters,government departments and the army,similar to the Changchun promissory notes of the nine provinces in Northeast China,military cheques are also indiscriminately issued without any security deposit.Relying on the resources of Northeast Asia Finan-cial Museum,this paper first selects representative military cheques to sort out their cheques information,anti-counterfeiting technology,etc.,and then examine the total amount of military cheques issued within a certain period of time,and finally combined with the price index at each stage at that time,analyzes the use of funds and the trend of changes,thus reflecting the local political,economic,military and social con-ditions,providing important information for Jilin people to understand history and their hometown.
