浅海滩涂地区高桩承台吊箱法施工关键技术研究——以杭甬高速复线宁波一期工程滨海高架桥施工为例

摘要 浅海滩涂地区每日涨落潮水位差大,流塑性强的淤泥层厚,导致桥梁大尺寸承台施工困难。对此,文章以杭甬高速复线宁波一期工程项目滨海高架桥高桩承台施工为例,从钢吊箱设计、钢吊箱安装、承台冷却管安装、承台混凝土浇筑及养护施工、吊箱拆除几个方面对浅海滩涂地区高桩承台吊箱法施工技术进行了详细的阐述,以供参考。 In the shallow tidal flat area,the daily ebb and flow water level difference is large,and the silt layer with strong flow plasticity is thick,which makes the construction of large-scale bridge caps difficult.In this regard,this paper takes the construction of high pile cap of the coastal viaduct in the first phase of Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway double-line project as an example,and expounds the construction technology of high pile cap with hanging box method in shallow tidal flat area from the aspects of steel box design,steel box installation,cap cooling pipe installation,cap concrete pouring and maintenance construction,and hanging box removal in detail for reference.
