摘要
污水厂工程是一项专业复杂、工序繁多的系统性工程,需要多专业协同设计、各工序紧密衔接才能顺利实施并获得预期的效益。全地下污水厂以其充分利用地下空间、节约土地资源、与周围生态环境和谐共处等诸多优点,在国内被大力推广。然而全地下污水厂较传统地面污水厂造价更高,一体化箱体更复杂,因此在造价文件编制过程中,如何实现全地下污水厂构筑物高效、准确计量是一个值得研究的问题。BIM以其信息化、可视化、参数化等特点,在污水厂构筑物计量方面能够起到较大的促进作用。基于此,文章在阐述BIM应用现状,对比传统地面式污水厂与全地下污水厂的基础上,利用本土化BIM软件广联达GTJ 2021,对污水厂构筑物的BIM模型建立、工程量统计形成规范化的总结,以便在企业中推广使用。
The sewage plant project is a systematic project with complex specialties and numerous procedures.It needs multi-specialty collaborative design and close connection of each procedure to implement it successfully and obtain the expected benefits.The all-underground sewage plant is widely promoted in China because of its advantages of making full use of underground space,saving land resources,and coexisting harmoniously with the surrounding ecological environment.However,the cost of the all-underground sewage plant is higher than that of the traditional ground sewage plant,and the integrated box is more complex.Therefore,in the process of cost document compilation,how to realize the efficient and accurate measurement of the structure of the all-underground sewage plant is a question worthy of study.BIM,with its characteristics of informationization,visualization and parameterization,can play a great role in promoting the measurement of structures in sewage plants.Based on this,on the basis of expounding the current situation of BIM application and comparing the traditional ground sewage plant with the all-underground sewage plant,this paper uses the localized BIM software GTJ 2021 to form a standardized summary of the establishment of the BIM model of the sewage plant structures and the statistics of engineering quantities,so as to facilitate the promotion and use in the enterprise.
