摘要 文章以涡河五桥主桥主梁前支点挂篮施工为研究对象,提出了一种前支点挂篮无底空箱室可升降整体桁架结构模板施工技术。根据实例工程特点,详细阐述了该施工技术的结构和模板制作、安装、升降施工全过程及质量安全保证措施。实践证明,该可升降整体桁架结构模板设计巧妙、施工机械化水平高、施工工序简单、可重复周转使用,降低了安全风险,提高了混凝土质量,取得了良好的技术效益、经济效益和社会效益。 Taking the front fulcrum hanging basket construction of the main girder of the main bridge of Guohe No.5Bridge as the research object,this paper puts forward a kind of construction technology of lifting integral truss structure formwork for front fulcrum hanging basket bottomless empty box room.According to the characteristics of the example project,the structure of the construction technology and the whole process of formwork production,installation,lifting construction and quality and safety guarantee measures are described in detail.Practice has proved that the lifting integral truss structure formwork has ingenious design,high level of construction mechanization,simple construction procedures,and can be used repeatedly,which reduces the safety risk,improves the concrete quality,and achieves good technical,economic and social benefits.
