摘要 针对房屋建筑渗漏水量比较大的问题,文章对防渗漏技术进行研究。通过现场测试,对不同混凝土级配方案的防渗漏性进行测试,根据测试结果对房屋建筑工程混凝土级配进行优化设计;利用泵送方式进行房屋建筑混凝土浇筑,并对浇筑后的混凝土进行养护;利用防渗漏技术对房屋建筑进行防渗漏施工,将聚氨酯364IGY涂料涂刷在房屋建筑表面上,形成一层隔水层,以此完成基于防渗透技术的房屋建筑工程施工。实验证明,经过防渗透优化设计的房屋建筑渗漏水量较小,具有一定的应用价值。 In view of the large amount of leakage water in buildings,this paper studies anti-leakage technology.Through field test,the anti-leakage properties of different concrete gradation schemes are tested,and the concrete gradation of housing construction is optimized according to the test results.The concrete is poured for housing construction by pumping,and the concrete after pouring is maintained.The anti-leakage technology is used to conduct anti-leakage construction of buildings.The polyurethane 364IGY coating is brushed on the surface of buildings to form a waterproof layer,so as to complete the construction of housing construction based on anti-leakage technology.The experiment proves that the leakage water quantity of the buildings with optimized anti-leakage design is small,which has certain application value.
