摘要
文章系统地介绍了基于DSP的氨水吸收式空调控制系统的设计方案、系统组成、控制策略及人机界面实现等。在氨水吸收式空调机组运行中,温度参数的实时检测是极为重要的一环,控制系统采用热敏电阻作为温度测量元件,为了扩大温度测量范围和提高温度测量精度,经过分析研究,文章提出了一种基于均差与牛顿插值算法的温度采集方法。试验结果表明,整个空调控制系统成本低廉、结构紧凑、使用方便,温度测量精确,运行稳定。
This paper systematically introduces the design scheme,system composition,control strategy and man-machine interface realization of ammonia absorption air conditioning control system based on DSP.In the operation of ammonia absorption air conditioning units,the real-time detection of temperature parameters is an extremely important part.The control system adopts thermistor as the temperature measurement element.In order to expand the temperature measurement range and improve the temperature measurement accuracy,after analysis and research,this paper proposes a temperature acquisition method based on the mean difference and Newton interpolation algorithm.The test results show that the whole air conditioning control system has low cost,compact structure,convenient use,accurate temperature measurement and stable operation.
