摘要
预制装配式建筑体现出绿色施工、节能减排等特点,有助于推进我国建筑工业化发展。高性能混凝土力学性能突出,韧性高、强度高,将高性能混凝土和装配式建筑相结合,有助于优化预制结构多项性能。文章通过设计试验,对比预制足尺剪力墙和现浇试件的刚度、位移延性、滞回曲线、破坏形态等,发现高性能混凝土和剪力墙相结合,其试件延性和现浇试件基本一致,而其他性能超出现浇试件,在工程建设中具有突出的应用优势。
Prefabricated buildings reflect the characteristics of green construction,energy saving and emission reduction,which are helpful to promote the development of construction industrialization in China.High performance concrete has outstanding mechanical properties,high toughness and high strength.The combination of high performance concrete and prefabricated buildings is helpful to optimize many properties of prefabricated structures.In this paper,through the design test,the stiffness,displacement ductility,hysteresis curve and failure mode of the prefabricated full-scale shear wall and the cast-in-situ specimen are compared.It is found that the ductility of the specimen is basically the same as that of the cast-in-situ specimen when the high performance concrete is combined with the shear wall,while other properties exceed that of the cast-in-situ specimen,which has outstanding application advantages in engineering construction.
