摘要
长期以来,在工程建设项目的管理过程中,如何统筹协调,更好地节约管理成本,一直困扰着相关的工程建设企业。供应链管理理念为工程建设项目管理提供了有益参考。将供应链管理理念应用其中,能够更好地对项目中所涉及的物流、信息流、资金流等进行统筹管理,有助于我国工程建设行业的可持续发展。基于此,文章首先介绍了供应链管理及工程供应链管理,然后结合传统管理模式的不足,从构建以承包商为核心的辅供应链,构建以项目业主为核心的主供应链,对供应链的检验、评价与完善,针对供应链的持续跟踪与改善方面分析了供应链管理在工程建设项目中的应用与实现过程,以供参考。
For a long time,in the management process of engineering construction projects,how to coordinate and better save management costs has been plaguing relevant engineering construction enterprises.The concept of supply chain management provides a useful reference for engineering construction project management.The application of supply chain management concept can better manage the logistics,information flow and capital flow involved in the project,which is helpful to the sustainable development of China’s engineering construction industry.Based on this,this paper first introduces the supply chain management and engineering supply chain management,and then combines the shortcomings of the traditional management mode.The application and implementation process of the supply chain management in engineering construction projects are analyzed from the aspects of construction of the auxiliary supply chain with the contractor as the core,the construction of the main supply chain with the project owner as the core,the inspection,evaluation and improvement of the supply chain,and the continuous tracking and improvement of the supply chain for reference.
