基于全过程造价管理的施工阶段工程造价动态控制

The Dynamic Control of Construction Cost in Construction Stage Based on Whole Process Cost Management

为了改进施工阶段工程造价控制,文章以全过程造价管理思想为改进工具,提出工程造价动态控制研究。以动态特性作为控制依据,分析施工阶段每一道工序产生的费用,根据工序逻辑关系,构建动态控制体系;根据动态控制实施条件需求,拟定动态控制策略,为造价管理优化研究奠定基础。

In order to improve the construction cost control in the construction stage,this paper takes the whole process cost management idea as the improvement tool,and proposes the research on dynamic control of the construction cost.Taking the dynamic characteristics as the control basis,the cost generated by each procedure in the construction stage is analyzed,and the dynamic control system is constructed according to the logical relationship of the procedures.According to the requirements of dynamic control implementation conditions,the dynamic control strategy is formulated,which lays the foundation for the optimization research of cost management.
